This has become the most popular armor concept, well its a tie with the Child of the Great War Armor.

Thank you for all the comments, I'd suggest looking up the creator on deviantart to see his other works, in his description of this painting he says Fallout forever, so I'd love to see it made then we could email it to him to see!

Cool, it seems it can integrate with fallout art with no problem as well. Reminds me of sand people from Star Wars, and some what to Freeman from Dune books.

This could be some particular armor for a faction in the game that comes with a dramatic entrance or in some ambush sent by any associated quest.

A small group of power armor of a tiny faction hidden from the world for something unexpected.
