   He sounds great with the new voice acting, but visually NVR3 version of him looks better and more psychotic. But this one is good too.

      Wouldn't that have been the point? The Fiends are supposed to be raiders that are always hopped up on chems, not to mention he does seem rather callus Though the new voice acting is fantastic.

   While there are characters poorly voiced something that always bothered me more is the amount of back story that characters and locations had as it wasn't much, that's something that I felt New Vegas Redesigned 3 fixed rather well, especially in places like Nipton.
