1. Get Nevada Skies and enable the Mood "Tropical Dreams" as Standalone
(step 2 is optional but adds a nice touch through saturation)
2. Get FNV Enhanced Shaders Classic Lite (despite it saying its an ENB the lite version is indeed light on performance) (if anything 2-5 fps impact) and easy to install.
3. Finally get Dynavision 3 and set a key of your choice in the MCM menu for the dynavision menu to appear as an ingame overlay.
Go back into the game and press that key and set Cinemator style to "Ultra Cool Blue"
and Imaginator style to: "Marcurious' Marvelous Modification (URWL)"
Look at your game. =)
