It's been a while but wasn't the Winterized T-51b just a white version of the normal armor? The problem with still images is that they can't convey a lot of the details of a scene. This re-texture is a metallic look, that's very hard to illustrate with pictures. watch this video to see what it's meant to look like. I mean aside from the YouTube compression and whatever it is that keeps darkening the videos.

nice... change the glove to more metally for xtra protection also the eyes doesnt fit, maybe a change of color to that too.... overall this looks like a winterized version of the enclave armor...
