The Classic T51-b power armor from Fallout 1 & 2 definetly has a "look" that's going to be hard to achieve for sure if you don't do some research. One thing you would have to address is the proper shade of metal you want to use for the non-green areas. I think Fallout 3 started the trend where it was more white than it was metallic, and it doesn't really fit. I would make the white areas of the armor the same metallic color you gave the helmet.

Secondly, Take a look at the Pauldrons. If you inspect this image: https://imgur.com/20iOrDI you can see that the circular joints connecting the pauldrons to the armor are supposed to be metallic, not green like the rest of the pauldrons. Now, on the topic of the green, I noticed that you made the feet green as well. Now, I really can't say if this is correct or not. Once again, starting with Fallout 3, the Green has always stopped at the ankles, however if you take note of the in-game power armor sprites of Fallout 1 & 2, the feet do indeed look green. The well-known "execution cut scene" of Fallout 1 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gNCrjmer5jU 34 second mark) also makes it look like the feet are green, though it is hard to be certain, as it is black and white.

Excluding some basic mesh work, such as adding the headlamp to the forehead of the Helmet, Things like darkening the tubes that wrap around the face of the helmet and adjusting the Non-green areas shouldn't be too difficult, making these changes/corrections should take about 10-20 minutes in Gimp, depending on how much effort you wanted to sink into it. I could always take a stab at it as well, though you'd have to send me what you have done so far.
