I really loved the outfit, but for whatever reason I noticed the armor texture was screwed up, so my nipple was on my arm... Ah well. Can't see it in the screenshot anyway.

    Oh, for your character's chest texture being on his arm, it has to do with how you choose to install your Body Replacer - the replacer should be placed in front of any mod that might overwrite it, in laymen's terms just reinstall it to overwrite every conflicting file or move it around in Mod Organizer.

      I think the base outfit is from NCR Trooper Overhaul. It's Hanlon's clothes technically.
