Yet again, I'm here with another update on F.G.P.E or Functional Post Game Ending. Since a week ago, absolutely tons of progress has been made, lets's start at the image on-screen; assuming you haven't completed Come Fly With Me, as per the ending slides state, Feral Ghouls overwhelm Novac, killing everyone. As well as this, Novac can have its defences restored by the Bright Followers, be destroyed by the Legion, or rocket salvage can force them all out which this mod all covers depending on how you play.

Not only this, but a massive amount of work has been put into the other endings. The Fiends will take over in an independent ending if they aren't dealt with, Goodsprings will be annexed by the NCR, the Kings will set up a relief effort with the NCR/ attack their citizens and get wiped out, and the Brotherhood will take Helios One and set up checkpoints. I've done more than this, but I don't want to spoil too much!

    Of course It's a project very complex.

    The question is this.
    Is It worth trying it even if we've conclused the game?

      Effectively, this is a continue after the ending type mod. But, instead of there being no changes to the game world, the game world changes based on what endings you get at the end, so yes, if you have already reached the ending this mod does what it says on the tin after you complete it.

      If you're asking if this works on an already continued game via C.A.G.E or otherwise, no, it doesn't, the scripts only run when you've reached the ending slides.

      It ain't an issue if the players use mods like NVR 3?
      What will it make the protagonist if he finished all the missions? Should we install some quest mod then?

      Regarding NVR3, I'll be uploading patches for that so it'll be compatible with the mod. In regards to your second question, you're free to do whatever you wish after the ending, quest mods will work fine I'd imagine and most vanilla quests will still be available.

    Still looks rather good! Honestly a mod that just changed the strip based on your faction and let you play after the ending would be enough, kudos for you for going the extra mile mate. Good luck with future work on this project once again!

    Obsidian had plans for post ending contents (voice lines were recorded etc) will you do something with them?

      They're all set up for the most part, the conditions just need to change to allow them to be spoken which this mod changes.

      great, I am so happy someone finally started working on the 'play after ending' mod
