Paulson's outfit is the true original Cowboy outfit In my belief. His outfit has Stirrups! You can be a true Cowboy without Stirrups!

The Backwater Rifle from Point Lookout is also a true favorite of mine and is very Cowboy-esqe though I am unsure that cowboys had that type of weapon?

I dont really like the Cowboy Repeater as it is widly used by very-uncowboyish Factions like Carsar's.

There is still a lack of Cowboys in New Vegas so I guess its up to us to add them in.

I myself have already created the basics of a Town mod being attacked by Banditos.
