About this image

Preview for the mod I'm working on, which so far has some of my favorite interior work I've done. Unfortunately, it's nowhere even resembling a finished product, mostly because I've been on a Fallout hiatus for several months. While I'm finally starting to get back into actually doing mod work again, I also don't expect to be really grinding out lots of content every day, since I know for a fact that my Fallout hiatus is going to continue for a while, and (shockingly) I don't feel nearly as inspired when I'm not actually playing the game in question. It'll be done when it's done, and let's all take a moment to praise Jebus that I don't constantly inflict impossibly optimistic deadlines on everyone.

Jesus CHRIST I missed you. Take all the time you need. I myself am starting to see that Fallout NV modding isn't what it used to be. I understand that modders probably need to be REALLY motivated to make stuff for this game considering it's golden age is all but gone. I was hoping FPGE would increase some inspiration, but neigh, it seems like it's almost time before it can be said all of the ideas have been done....that got pessimistic real fast and I'm not sure why. Look, just know we will wait for as long as it takes.

It's a decade old game, and now it has newer, flashier (worse) sequels. I'm not too surprised to see a huge decline in content being made for it. A lot of really impressive scripting/technical mods are being made for FNV now, but it does seem like narrative quest mods are a dying art.

Old games can never fade away like soldiers, they will by any means continue to live while still playable. Well in my case quest mods are always being last added into the huge mod list, not that I don't want to give them higher priority just because I need to explore vanilla contents first, especially when that base game is huge. Quest mods shall never die, just paid off slowly. I've played the game for (only) 4 years but am just recently ready to step into massive user generated narrative contents.

Wish I could say it would be any time soon, but I'll get it finished eventually.
