Thanks to Weijiessen who learned me how to properly implement parallax mapping in this game without the swimming effect.
This guy is a genuine hero in my book.. i wouldn't have been able to do all this stuff without his help, his knowldege of nif files is the stuff of legends.
things i did, fixed the geometry, merged mesh to a single piece, recalculated UV's and calculated vertex AO from directional top down light and spherical ambient light, added perfect collision and parallax mapping..took me 30 minutes.
