   Like, everything I make is at least partially customized so I can’t easily make a list, but the easiest start is Mojave Delight and it’s spinoffs. Get that and look for Mojave delighted, and then other texture mods by modder Xazomn, who I don’t think is active anymore. You won’t get quite to here (I don’t really play NV anymore so much as make absurdly complicated custom modded and posed screenshots and outfits with de-AI’d NPCs), but it will get you close.
