According to Wikipedia, the Landmark was a hotel and casino located in Paradise, Nevada, east of the Las Vegas Strip and across from the Las Vegas Convention Center. Billionaire Howard Hughes, through Hughes Tool Company, purchased the Landmark in 1969 at a cost of $17.3 million. Hughes spent approximately $3 million to add his own touches to the resort before opening it on July 1, 1969, with 400 slot machines and 503 hotel rooms. In addition to a 14,000 sq ft (1,300 m2) ground-floor casino, the resort also had a second, smaller casino on the 29th floor; it was the first high-rise casino in Nevada. Aside from the second casino, the five-story cupola dome at the top of the tower also featured restaurants, lounges, and a night club.

This could be considered Mr. House real Lucky 38 in real life . I made it similar in Height to the Tops, so the Lucky 38 keeps being the Tallest building in the Mojave...for the moment.

Wow, thanks for such a cool and very informative post!
I like learning about the subject of gambling through various examples and player experiences. Landmark Tower Hotel and Casino is really a legendary place with a great history. I would love to visit a place like this one day and play live with the cool players at the same table.
I regularly maintain a gambling practice and play on weekends for a couple hundred dollars. For me, the choice of gambling has never been a problem, and even the opposite is always easy and exciting, because I do it with confidence. I use a time-tested service AussieBestCasinos, where you can also read a review of the best Australian online casino sites in 2022 and make your choice easily. I consider this service one of those that deserve my trust and high ratings in terms of information indicators: accuracy, quality, timeliness and practicality. A large team constantly monitors this market and analyzes online casinos by many criteria to constantly update the information about: the top choice, the best first deposit bonus, no deposit offers, the best payouts, fastest payments and other advantages. That's why you should take note of such a convenient platform.

If there's one thing New Vegas needs, it's more casinos, whether they're enterable or not. I love this!

Thank you kat1004! . I'm glad you liked it, and I'm totally agree. . Mr. House mentioned there are more casinos in the Strip, but only 3 were open to the public. So here is one of the other ones

This is f*#@ing brilliant! The Lucky 38 is artistically a fusion of the Landmark and the Stratosphere. Yah, Mr. House is Howard Hughes. I would love more 1950s and 1960s casinos for New Vegas!

So the building is basically the real life version of the Lucky 38? Awesome! Can't wait to put my own spin on it!

Exactly! It's main inspiration for the Lucky 38, with elements of Stratosphere Casino and Space Needle in Seattle .
