Easy Pete, after years of prospecting the wastes, settled down in Goodsprings to live a life of quiet retirement. At least, that's what everyone thought.

In reality, Easy Pete is the earthly conduit of the dark lord Beelzebub, prince of demons. Surreptitiously lurking in the small unassuming town, Pete is secretly hatching a plot to overthrow the powers that be in the Mojave, pulling the strings of the factions' leadership from the shadows. The satanic puppetmaster has already amassed an endless stockpile of dynamite cursed by Satan himself, which he plans to use to destroy the Hoover Dam and pit all the factions of the Mojave against each other so he may swoop in and establish his dark empire in the ashes of what used to be New Vegas, the famed city of sin.

He is immortal. He is unstoppable. He is inevitable. He is... Evil Pete.
