      It's either qUINT SSR or Reflective Bumpmapping

      Haha, thank you. 
      The effect is called "SSR  [qUINT_ssr.fx]" it's kinda buggy but going into third person fixes the weapon being transparent.

      oh thank you guys! (:
      I tried the SSR before but only got a lot of edgy,
      weird shadows on the ground so I thought it was not working so well in NV.
      Maybe just because the Enb,
      I will definitely try again since it looks that cool in your shots.
