I was hoping that someone with more talent and skill would be able or would direct me to a person able or brave enough to do this.
I REALLY NEED A MOD LIKE THIS IN FNV PLEASE!

    i really need this as a mod published and was hoping to see if someone would be able to create it in FNV
    if not since im studying related things such as modeling in university i was hoping someone could teach me how to create/port this to fnv myself
