About this image

I bought DA II a few days ago, so I haven't had much time for texture work, but after I add the last few touches like stitching on the seams, and a bit of grunge, then they will be uploaded to Textures Over Times here:http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=41101 The sandbags will still look bad because of the very low poly meshes, but they will still look a lot better.

it's too bad then ... hmm ... you never keep the original texture in pdf or any other format that lets you save all of the layers ? ... btw it looks decent i will try when when i'll have some free time ... your other textures look great though ...

Actually what I did was I started with a new clean texture, used the original normal map to make part of the new normal map, then used that new normal map to make a shading map. Then I used the old diffuse texture to add grunge and aging as one of the last steps. At this point to use a different scale fabric texture would mean remaking the entire texture. The file is up now if you would like to try it.

no i mean ... the cloth texture that you're using to add the detail to the sandbag ( layer in overlay mode .. above the original) should be resized a bit .... depending on for what kind of size of detail you're aiming ...

I'm not sure I follow. You mean the normal map?

the overlay texture (detail) should be smaller ... i mean you should resize it
