This is part of a Mod I was working on called Mojave Merchants & Desert Dealers. The Intention was to add more Vendors & Services to the Mojave. This particular space was designed as a crafting den, where the player could access all types of crafting available provided they purchase a membership for the area. The space's custodian was designed to provide said membership and provide access to some scrap for sale.
