This is the overlook - a pre war wellness retreat where people would come for relaxation, spa treatment, and yoga. Now painted in a shade of red as the legion have found a location to spread their ideology on the banks of the Colorado further south. Some  Priestess of Mars will be here as well as recruit guards. 

This location is fictional and does not exist in the real world - however creative liberty to give more than empty desert terrain for players has taken place.
