Strange Leather Armor

TTW Armored Wasteland 1.3.0 released, most work was focus on creating the Strange Leather Armor Unique meshes (and Icon), was build with small parts of other leather vanilla/modded armors assets. As other previous versions, more armor meshes fixed and this time,  even some performance improvements (file size reduced).
