So far so good, the Freeside Diner is working, has now a Girl Bartender, some Guests, like in other Casinos or Diners.
I made a new Deco as Addition an illuminated Fountain with Water, FXspray and Sound, for a more Citylook and not a Dirty used fu....ed up Slum Look.
I thank everyone here for your Patience :)   but as we all know even Rome wasn´t build in five Days, a good Overhaul Mod for Fun needs a bit Time.
One Thing, when the Mod is out, you BEST START a NEW GAME, so you dont have any Trashpiles or Stuff that should be gone from your Savegame inside.
