When the legion first stumbled on temple bar marina they thought nothing of it until a sign formerly reading " Temple Bar Marina and Resort " stated Temple Mars. The Legion recognized the land as sacred. After the loss of the first battle of hoover dam - Caesar had a grand temple constructed for legionarries and citizens from nearby and afar to pilgrimage to for the grand sermon by the high priestess. Many intersections and museums were torn apart to construct this temple. Caesar recognized it's ideal placement close to the vegas capitol and servers as a boost to morale.
