Coming in the oxmod update I'm about to post; It's about time the most unappealing perk ever designed was turned in to something cool.

A hidden requirement for this perk is partial completion of the 'Guess Who I Saw Today' quest. It otherwise only requires you to be Level 30 and have a Survival skill of at least 60.
