i once made a weapon similar to this one, and it might still be part of my old weapons pack mod. unfortunately i had to make it into two different weapons since i cant figure out on how to make it fire the under-barrel weapon.
I've managed to create a framework to make it work as an independent secondary weapon. It has a separate fire key, reload key, and a separate ammo pool. Frozen is currently working on the animations. Not the same but similar reference you can check the video.
