The outfit is a female metal helmet, with the visor from a welding mask, with bits and pieces from the Lonesome Road Riot helmets, and a T-51b targetter. The various implants are also from the Riot Helmets and the T-51b helmet, with some ports from the Remnants Armor Helmet. The shorts are the powder gangers ( a retexture mod makes the transparancy map parts bug ) and whatever he has straped on the belt are computer parts. I didn't find anything of worth to remake the shoulder harness
