Finally thought to look these up in the GECK. As an accompaniment to SpiffySkyTrooper's new Atmospheres mod - I packaged all of the the codes to try out all the weathers, and thought somebody else out there might be able to use them for screenies and such...
Provided in a not-so-handy .jpeg form, bc I couldn't figure out how to copy text out of the *&^%ing GECK >:(
That's me. I'm a giver. I give stuff.

Some of my favorite weathers which I use all the time in my films and screen shots are:
;force weather Far Harbor Clear Fast
fw 3045f6f
Clear Fast has a wonderful effect on the background.
;force weather Far Harbor FX Window No Glow
fw 3056378
FX window is a super dark weather that's beautiful with face light or photo hub mods
;force weather Diamond City Pastel
fw 116e
The pastel has a super spooky look at night and tons of contrast
;force weather Commonwealth Overcast - VB Fog
fw 2486a5
This is one of the beautiful fogs
;force weather Far Harbor Virtual Original
fw 3031416
This is one of the wonderful surreal weathers, same regardless of time of day, so you can also use it to see at night without changing time of day
;force weather Far Harbor Virtual01
fw 3023a97
This is another beautiful surreal weather and very dark (so needs a light source or face light equivalent)
;force weather MQ203Weather (awesome)
fw db2a1
Lately this has been one of my favorite weathers. Use it then look at the sky and you'll see why :)
Thanks for sharing the weather codes, my friend!
Each two lines I pasted above are from their own batch files.
For instance, the following two lines...
;force weather MQ203Weather (awesome)
fw db2a1
are in a text file called fwmq203.txt in my Fallout 4 data directory.
Each weather I put into a text file called fw[name].txt, and then to call a weather in game I would just type:
bat fwmq203
And that would change weather to the main quest 203 in the batch file.
I have a ton of of shortcuts, so I also made a fwlist.txt with a list of all my batch files to remind me.
The short of it is a text document is great for all the weathers, but your favorite weathers I suggest you match batch files in the data directory so you can call them by name instead of by code :)
The semi-colon in the first line will print in game but not do anything, and the line without the semicolon will actually run the command. And put one carriage return at the end of the 2nd line :)
p.s. Actually, I didn't know until now they're Fallout New Vegas *laughs* I usually see them on Flickr, haha.
I suspected as much because I didn't recognize the names of the places from FONV, but thought "well, maybe..."
In case somebody doesn't know: In console type "fw xxxxxx" Which is the weather ID you want to have. Eg: "fw 000E3972" lands you in a dust storm
Or you can make it into a bat file. I use "bat clear" whenver I want to do some pics
