Atomic Heart Ballerina Twin latex oufit is startling close to the Stealth suit worn by Crimson Dragoon in Fallout 3, which was retained in Fallout New Vegas.
I am uncertain what change can you make with that suit, unless to modify it close to the look of AH's twins. I test a combo of He Gui plus white wig, with a black retexture mod of He Gui, in the mod above and it look fine~
AAAAAAny way, Atomic Cocktail is just sitting there. So it get presented. The odd look of that cocktail is original designed in FNV, so no messing from my direction.
I was thinking about Nuka Cola Quantum but the look is clashing somehow. Need some tweaking~
EDIT: There are two other wigs, one is old style judge wig, not good. The other is red brown wig, also not good. One dreadlocked wig design i found is black or darkish brown, also not good.

I avoid T6 or T4 like a reaver on my ass, so eh~
Stricly speaking, from where I stand, a model for AH's Ballerina Twins like that would need a body bigger than vanilla or normal T3. the mannequin body type is more like it...
Reason being there's a lack of reason, for a storyfag like me, why there's many such people like that in the DC or Mojave. Otherwise it's a bit jarring seeing them around the places~

Key difficulty is the golden braided disc hairstyle. No one made it. Otherwise we can substitute something similar with vanilla assets.
