Big MT East's main fusion plant, which has been stuck in low-power standby mode for the last 200-odd years. As a result, most of the facility is running on reserve power only, and most of the major systems are offline. Looks like someone is going to have to find a way to fire it up again.

    It would be neat to see a still-functioning power plant facility like this being maintained by a fleet of dedicated Mr. Handies. They would keep everything squeaky-clean and rust-free... or, they would, until certain supplies ran low. Bring them the supplies they need, or set them up with a permanent supply chain through the Crimson Caravan Company or the like, and you get scrap materials in exchange, or energy weapon ammo, freshly made.

      Thing is, Big MT East's got things way worse than rats lurking down there. Unfortunately, the Ball Blaster's not gonna do you much good this time...
