I made this concept a while ago, but then saw that someone made something like and got a response. So I figured I might try it. I havn't come up with a concept for a female armor yet. If you are interested, please help out. Personally, I think this looks pretty badass.
The different parts are labelled, aside from the base armor, which is Merc Grunt Outfit. Pretty simple.

    Wow! Thanks, man! I didn't expect this to go so quickly, and turn out so well.
    Thanks again. Ruadhan, for the stats, I was thinking weighing about as much as the Merc Adventurer armor and having the protective stats of the NCR Trooper Armor.

    alright then, mesh is done apart from testing, and the strap for the radio, I couldn't find a radio on the hip like that, so I used another one, but the strap is still a problem...

    I still need the stats for the armour and a gameworld location.

    I may also bother to do a female version..

    that's settled then, I'll make it asap. I'll have a go at making a female version as well, I always get slightly irritated by custom armours with vanilla versions for female or male (depending on which one is the secondary sex)
