I could finally patch successfully my mods "Immersive McCarran Strip Monorail Travel" and "Camp McCarran Animated Monorail".
This an standalone version and is non dependant of the mod "Camp McCarran Animated Monorail".
If you have the "Camp McCarran Animated Monorail", uninstall it and install this mod instead. Besides patching both mods, this version corrects some bugs of both mods and has some improvements too.
