That's the reasoning behind a lot of my mods. As with this one.
I needed Marcus to appear in some of my pictures. But I didn't really need him as a companion. So I made a copy you can call by using the console.
He is not in the game world anywhere. Not until you add him. He will not follow you or obey any orders but the pose commands you add in console.
As simple as it gets.
