    i wonder if it would be possible to buff out the cracks on the texture of that main building too

      I have no doubt it's possible. But I don't know of any mods that do that, and I've no texture editing experience.

      It's possible. I removed the damage decal's while testing a mod. It literally took 2 clicks in nifscope.

      I never really used nifscope, so it's one thing I wouldn't anything about.
