I think the issue you have here is that it doesn't look organic. I would try and stick to one colour that you have a lot of, the blue is a good choice. I'd also perhaps scale down those big monitors and use only one, perhaps have some small monitors (almost like ATMs) along the outside of the building. I recently starting trying to make neon signs using SCOLs which is harder than I thought. Keep up the good work!!
