About this image
I kind of love/hate this armor.
It definitely has a funky starship trooper vibe, the atomic age style halo rings which would pair well with a certain Old World Blues headwear, and a kind of robocop thing with the helmet.
But I dislike the chunkiness, all the dirt and scratches. Why would I pay 4,000 caps for something used? So after about 8 different methods of patching the texture since the normal was unsalvagable as a template. Boom! an INSANELY CLEAN combat armor set almost looking like stormtroopers from star wars.
I would like to make some thigh and upper arm guards, reduce the size of the pauldrons but ofc, make it fit T6M or T4 as always. But the main aim here was to develop a method I can use to clean textures which I did by a combination of the blend tool, making an overlay by resampling parts of the texture which was clean and then working back in the shadows.

Yup, the lack of thigh and upper arm protection on any of the FO armors always bugged me! can’t wait!
