Also did a graphic overhaul for her, and gave her a custom outfit.

It's called weightpainting or skinning.
If you mean translating from niskininstance of an already existing mesh to bsdismemberskin instance, just click right click convert on the block, but this is for already weighted and working meshes.

It basically also covers mesh creation, but just skip that part, and pretend you have made the model already XD, so basically weightpaint section and export is what you need. But i do recommend understanding all of the tutorial, cause just randomly smashing buttons without actual knowledge will not let oyu understand mistakes or find solutions to problems
