Heads up about using this building - the textures for it are not in vanilla FNV's .bsas so make sure to list NMC's texture pack or some other HD texture pack that does include it as a requirement if you don't want to get inundated with bug reports about it missing textures.

  Are the textures not in the lonesome Road DLC? Or is it strictly from fo3/texture packs?

  It's strictly from Fallout 3 so the only way to "legally" put it in NV is through texture pack mods. I thought they were in Lonesome Road too but after I got a bug report on my mod saying it was missing textures I unpacked the LR .bsa and nope, it's not in there.
