I had a little hard time when I first stepped into thIs community. I was truly a noob at the time. I just learned how to copy bone-weights from one mesh to another using the bone-weight copy script in blender 2.49b after reading the PDF tutorial made by thaumx. I think I am still a noob but this old myself was truly noob.
There were several reasons why I found that period difficult: (Now they are all good memories.)
1. My first image uploaded to Nexusmods was a nude female model running around Vivec! The thing is I uploaded this image to a regular image section. I just modified the female version of the "Better Bodies" in Morrowind to, what I thought was, a better shape at the time. What a great start for a noob!
2. The image was reported for being inappropriate by a female nexusmod user, who later turned out to be one of the most influential female modders in Morrowind modding community. And, as a result, one of the moderators pleasantly blocked it. Of course, that moderator was well aware that I was a complete beginner, and he kindly advised me to be more cautious in the future. :)
3. That's right. I suddenly became very famous right from the start.
4. Of course, I also didn't recognize that the Morrowind modding community was full of purists, who don't like nude mods. Mostly females.
5. So when I finally uploaded the nude model to the modding community, I recieved explosive comments from numerous people.
6. This is why my first mod became one of the mods of the month at the time. I think a lot people found some possibilities in my noob skills.
7. However, I couldn't bear the frequent insults by a small percentage of people so I deleted the mod and its related armor mods!
8. The female nude mod, which still can be seen in the Morrowind modding community, is a slightly different model from the initial model.
9. Most modders including influential modders were kind but some of them were ruthless and both arrogantly and kindly left some garbage comments.
10. However, there was one influential modder who left a very kind comment and the modder was a female! There were some females who left kind comments to my mods or images but no one were so famous like her. Her user name was zzjay.
That's right. This is why I decided to make mods again some years later. And that time for Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas whenever I have a free time for modding. Everyone starts as a beginner. No need to rush. Take your time. Try to be kind even to yourself.

Things aren't so bad these days, the ability to block users has been a godsend.

Good thing zzjay left you with a good feeling. This community has some truly great and helpful people
zzjay is a goddess of the modding world. Glad she pulled you out of the funk.
Edit: I also remembered you were one of the good modders who left a very kind comment to the mod. I really appreciate it.
Also, my wife likes playing as pretty/sexy characters with curvy bodies. Many, if not most ladies appreciate sexy content too.
