      The square looking ones (green and purple) are random. The with red and blue is a script, yeah.

      No real meaning beyond I wish to convey this location is inhabited by many peoples of varying languages. Obviously the in game text will be English. The letters you see there are basically A-Z Latin, and if you're a good eye with that stuff you can probably figure it out based on names of locations etc.
