   That's kinda big to carry :)  Maybe placed on workbenches, and plays an open animation when activating the workbench..?  Or part of a large backpack?  Definitely a repair bonus with such a sweet set of tools...

      But TF2 Engineer can do it also Courier can carry a lot.

      Backpack toolbox!  Seriously have you ever carried a biga$$ metal toolbox for more that 20 feet?

      don't know maybe a separate Item that you can carry with you and use as a workbench for the cost of many weight points. Maybe will change random toolbox on the map as a simple container
