   I rthink what kriborg is trying to say, is open up the GECK and check what the outfit has ticked off, and what the helmet has ticked off.

   If its vanilla helmet its problem in game.
   If not its wrongly bipped/rigged.
   Or you have wrongly set up in the geck what is it.
   In arour/headgear details.
   Check how is done Vanilla one in Geck. And do it same.

   I would guess that you have to find some sort of mutilation file to go with it I'm sure a modder who adds hats or helmets could help you out.
