While the building is complete and up for download (http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=42835) I am still working on furniture. In this picture my character is trying out an armchair to see if the animation works properly. Still need to fix the collision geometry and tweak the textures before release.
EDIT: And for some reason the contrast and colours in the picture are all mangled on my screen...
