I just figure the Freeside thugs are morons. If I was shambling around in some crappy brahmin skins carrying a lead pipe, or even a sledgehammer, the last thing I would do is attack a guy in body armor in possession of an assault rifle.

what programs would i have to use to make something like that because i would like to mix and match some weapons from other mods for my own personal use?
Although I marvel at the level of stupidity shown by these guys, I have to give them huge respect for their courage... and thanks for the one-sided entertainment they provide.
GrizzlyDonut, I made it. It's a combination of meshes that I got from a mod for Fallout3 with textures I modified and normal maps I made. I don't have permission to release either the modified textures or the mesh parts I used. I am glad you like it though. Thanks.

Yeah, these thugs are always quite fun. Usually have a Desert Eagle in my hand for a bit of XP hunting :-)
