The building and the first pieces of furniture are complete and up for download (http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=42835). Still a lot of furniture to make, though.
This is the kitchen area where the residents eat their meals. My character is trying out a stool to see if the animation works properly.
