This is my character Red Sam out in the hills around Camp Forlorn Hope. This is possibly my favorite screenshot of him. Thanks to a slew of environmental mods, it did not require much modification, although more than enough saturation has been applied.

    Thanks guys. Honestly, if I tried to duplicate this again, I'd probably fail. I just happened to be in the right place at the right time. I think that's probably a common thing among the really good screenshots we all take.

    The best of the best are generally carefully posed and edited, and all due respect to those who have the talent to do it right, but I'm betting every player out there has at least one shot they didn't have to set up that they really like.

    @ Lill - Thanks! I like him too. He's a very likeable machine. In fact, I'm seriously considering turning him into a companion. Apparently SmileyTops is cool with the idea, and I've never actually created a companion mod, so if I have the time in the next month or so I'll get on it.

    I really appreciate the endorsements so far. I haven't had a high scoring screen for quite some time, and I'm glad you guys are liking it. Other mods like NMC's Texture Pack (large) also supply a certain amount of what you see here. The vanilla game is fairly washed out, but by combining a few key creations, you can really liven things up.
