   I don't know where the rest of the equipment (gun, sword, harness, holster) is coming from, but the outfit is a conversion of Neo - DOA Tina. There is no official release for NV yet, but it's not that hard to do yourself, even if you know little about the GECK.
   
   BTW really nice char and picture! :-)
   
   EDIT: Looked around a bit more.
   
   - the Katanas are probably a mix between Wearable Musashi Katana and BabyDollCostume
   - the gloves are from TYPE3 and SKINNY LNC StealthSuits NewVegas
   - the googles are from Sinbloods Venomous Armor
