   it's not a mod, i mean, the armor is this one:
   
   Reinforced Chinese Stealth Suit - NV v1dot3
   
   But the textures are ported from FO3 Nexus and they are not available here on NV nexus.. im waiting for the permissions for upload 'em all here ^^
