A heavily modified Reinforced Stealth Suit Helm using the Reinforced Stealth suit helm as base, Night vision Crest plates, Red Eyes visor and mask darkened to match, Colossus Target array, and the Headlight flashlight from flashlight in center for working flashlight with Flashlight NV mod. Doesn't look so good with the night vision overlay or the assisted targeting overlay for the original helm. Easily remedied by making the whole thing power armor and using Power armor Powered mod's Night vision capabilities.
