Body: Modelled by me from scratch, texture too.
Hair: Think it was from Fallout or Oblivion, not sure (did not bother making hair my self, takes too long.
Tail: One of my model party packs I've got.
Armor: Stripped version of the tribal outfit in DLC2
So no, not a khajit :-)
