   Pretty much just the inside area.. The only exterior changes i've made is the freeside wall near Gun Runners is moved out further to reflect the changes I made internally in the area. Oh and any building tall enough to be seen over the wall, like the hotel tower I put on Fremont Street.

   will this mod modify only the Freeside area or will it alter also the outer Vegas area??

   i dont even think i've ever been southside! i've played the game for 110 hours alone on the pc, probs another 200-300 hours on console!
