Just another character, probably no long story for him any time soon. Roland Cogbourne is a former NCR trooper, and an aging gunslinger. After avenging the death of his family too many years ago to count, he just travels the wasteland, helping those in need; in the hope that perhaps some day people like him won't be necessary anymore.
Names come from Roland from Borderlands, and Rooster Cogburn of True Grit.
