Ricky (from Honest Hearts DLC): He claims to have done so but he is a Psyhco addict so this claim is most likely false.
Shadow (aka The Courier): Confirmed as he is in the attached image (top right corner next to a tree) which was taken seconds before he killed the Deathjaw in the image.

I gotta say, it looks pretty damn ugly, much more frightful than those vanilla D-claws. This looks like something that could actually make even dem tougher folks puke and wet themselves if they bumped into it.
Kind of sums up what every Courieer and Lone wanderer thinks of themselves...
